This unique program was developed after years of my own journey to explore meditation and mindfulness. My goal has always been to find and develop techniques that can either be used on the go or that can be incorporated into things I am already doing throughout the day.
During the challenge, you will receive a daily email with information on that day’s techniques and instructions on how to complete it. Most days the practice will only last for 3-5 minutes.
Each day, I’ll also post that day’s challenge on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
